FAQ'S

  • HOW IS SILVER HORSESHOES DIFFERENT? WHY WILL THIS PROGRAM PRODUCE RESULTS COMPARED TO OTHERS?
Our teachers are horses between 700-1500 lbs. Right away participants will have to step into a leadership role as there is no pushing around these teachers. Horses are a prey animal. This means they use all of their sharp senses to survive. The horses have an ability to hear our heartbeat and react to the participants subtle changes. This gives the facilitator “teachable moments” to meet the objective. We are similar! Because people and horses have some comparable traits, the facilitator is able to parallel what happens in the arena back to real life so that learning is engrained. Some of the common traits include herds to horses are like teams to people. Horses and teams require a leader that is trustworthy and respected. In the program, the participants are working through problems finding solutions to be successful. In order to do this the horses are the teachers and the facilitators guide them by offering explanations and guidance in order for the participants to achieve the objective. This experience is then taken with the participants to all aspects of their lives. In this one of a kind BuildingBlock™ Certified Skill Building Program, you can’t fool the four-legged teacher. This program is an amazing journey of learning lifeskills which participants will take with them to use continuously.
